After spending the last four years waiting for the perfect time to start a male empowerment program, I feel especially privileged to be writing this message as Founder & Executive Director of Alpha Youth Services (AYS), Incorporated.

My passion is for AYS to target “at-risk” children and youth between the ages of 7 – 18 which will become “at-possibilities” by creating an environment that will provide safety, encouragement, support, and healing. 

My commitment is to ensure every child and youth are met where they are and provide a safe, accepting, and nurturing environment.  This will allow AYS to address emotions, patterns, and behaviors as they surface. In short, AYS stands firm for excellence in leadership, integrity, and complete transparency in the spirit of community collaboration.

Moving forward, I will ensure AYS focus on resolving the issue of children and youth in identified poverty areas being a lost cause. AYS will build strong youth and adult relationships that will be sustainable for generations. AYS is excited about bringing a positive outlook to the children and youth in the communities where we were born and raised and many work and live today.

I am incredibly grateful to be associated with AYS and excited about taking the journey with the next generation. The best of Alpha Youth Services, Incorporated is yet to come. Stay Tuned!!!!
