Alpha Youth Services (AYS) is a faith and community based, not for profit 501(c)3 organization established for the purpose of empowering and equipping children and youth to become the leaders of their generation. AYS mission is to provide the tools and resources to excel in every area of their life. AYS  focuses on developing children and youth emotionally, academically, intellectually, and spiritually. AYS launched it's first quarterly male empowerment day in August 2022. AYS future plans are to integrate after-school and summer programs with a residential facility being the ultimate goal.

AYS vision is to restore hope for children and youth through the benefit of new relationships and character-building projects. The children and youth of AYS will learn important moral and leadership qualities that will help them thrive in a positive environment. The aim is to help them turn their difficult past into a positive future by providing  a safe haven to express, heal, and grow. AYS objectives are designed to meet the needs of children, youth, their families, as well as their community which lack healthy support systems, guidance, and encouragement.

AYS is established in Southeast Arkansas, specifically targeting males between the ages of 8 - 18 who have been labeled at-risk.  An environment is created that provides safety, encouragement, support, and healing. Each child and youth will be partnered with a volunteer mentor, which will assist in providing support and encouragement. Alpha Youth Services provides life skill training and tutoring.
